Vegan Banana Milk - Recipe

Banana Milk is aesthetic heaven when it comes to all things cute and healthy. Losing no nutritional value, this drink is a staple to have at home or on the go. My favorite Korean Youtuber shared a quick and easy recipe of pure banana milk using 3 ingredients with delicious results.*
* The original recipe uses a lot of sugar but you don't need so much if the banana peel has brown spots. This indicates that the sweetness level is naturally higher!

Ingredients:

2 bananas

1 or 2 tbsp of sugar

2 cups of almond milk

Instructions:

Mash 1 banana and mix with sugar.
Cut 2nd banana into small cubes.
Add all ingredients into a large jar and shake to blend.
Refrigerate for 3 - 5 hours for best flavor.

The time length of freshness is unknown, but I tend to drink it all within 2 - 3 days.

Leche de plátano es el estético perfecto cuando se trata de todo lo lindo y saludable. Sin perder ningún valor nutricional, esta bebida es un alimento básico para tener en casa o en el camino. Mi Youtuber coreano favorito compartió una receta rápida y fácil de leche pura de plátano usando 3 ingredientes con resultados deliciosos.*
* La receta original usa mucho azúcar, pero no necesitas tanto si la cáscara de plátano tiene manchas marrones. ¡Esto indica que el nivel de dulzura es naturalmente más alto!

Ingredientes:

2 plátanos

1 or 2 cucharadas de azúcar

2 tazas de leche almendra

Instrucciones:

Aplasta un plátano y mezcla con azúcar.
Corta el segundo plátano en cubitos.
Agrega todos lod ingredientes en una jara y mezcla todo bien.
Refrigere por 3 a 5 horas para obtener el mejor sabor.

El tiempo de frescura no esta seguro, pero tiendo a beberlo todo dentro de 2 a 3 días.
