 THE FACE OF SPRING

Compared to the rest of the U.S, Los Angeles doesn't really have a "winter" season. What I grew up with was an occasional chill on a January morning and peaceful rainy days in early March. Nevertheless, my face has taken a beating with the recent dry weather, leaving it a bit flaky and some break outs (yikes).

To help combat the impact of mother nature on my skin, I decided to go with more gentle products for spring. I'm currently using a hypoallergenic soap from Grisi, an oil-free watermelon moisturizer from Glow Recipe, and a PH corrector lip balm from Winky Lux That's it! Lastly, I finish my day with the Grisi soap + a facial massage with the Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask.

LA CARA DE PRIMAVERA

En comparación con el resto de los EE. UU., Los Ángeles realmente no tiene una temporada de "invierno". Crecí con un escalofrío ocasional en una mañana de enero y días lluviosos pacíficos a principios de marzo. Sin embargo, mi cara ha sufrido tantísimo con el clima seco, dejándola un poco escamosa y con algunas espinillas (¡ay wey!).

Para ayudar a combatir el impacto de la madre naturaleza en mi piel, decidí ir con productos más suaves para la primavera. Ahorita estoy usando un jabón hipoalergénico de Grisi, un humectante sin aceite de sandía de Glow Recipe, y un labial corrector PH de Winky Lux. ¡Es todo! Por último, termino mi día con el jabón Grisi otra vez + un masaje facial usando la crema nocturna de sandía Glow.
